Week 1 (December 10-15)

My first day of On the Job Training went well. I could say that at first I felt nervous but later on I became calm and positive. When I entered the office they already assigned me on the upper part of their office where I will be working with Architects and Designers. Ma’am Scichelle gave me a task to file OB and any other documents. As days goes by, I also help to do a handmade decoration for the venue for Christmas party and for the wedding. December 13,2018, my fourth day as an intern, Maam Chami called me and said that I will be assigned to admin. When I got there Maam Chami taught me about the things I need to learn in Admin Office. The first thing that I did was I filed the recorded documents and recorded receipt. She also taught me how to arrange the files in proper order. And the work in Admin is called Clerical Operation.

Week 2 (December 17-22)

I could say that the first week of my OJT is very productive. I learned a lot of stuff especially office work. While the second week of my OJT, I experienced a lot of work. I filed another documents and arranged those in order. Those documents are Check Vouchers, Check requests, Cash requests, Cash slips and Liquidations, Receipt of site materials and Receipt of monthly cash expenses. Dec 19,2018, they assign me to be in Botox trading to help. My task is to give receipt for the buyers and make inventory. Dec.20,2018, I also did another work from Admin and then in the afternoon I go to Botox Trading to record the inventory through Excel. December 21,2018, my task is in Admin again. They taught me how to record through Excel the Important expenses such a site materials and monthly Cash expenses. Dec.22,2018, I attended for Christmas party of the company. I had a lot of fun and bond together with the staffs, architects, engineers and designers of Fulleros Botox Builders and Design.

Week 3 (January 3-5)

On Jan 1-2, I didn’t report to my On the Job training because it is a non working holiday. On January 3-4 is the resume of my OJT. Maam Chami asked me too record receipts and file it. Jan 4, Ma’am Yumi gave me daily task. After that, I am the one who P.O. those employees who needs gas to their vehicles. Jan 5 is also a non working day for us OJT because the company attended convention .

Week 4 (January 7-12)

4th week of being an intern in FBBD and I could say that I learned a lot of things especially in Admin Department where they assigned me. Ma’am Yumi gave me again another task to do some recording, bank transaction of bank slip for the months of 2018(Jan-Dec). I need to record documents for about a week. I filed the receipts after recording the bank slip. Recording of bank transactions are one of my daily tasks that Ma’am Yumi assigned me.

Week 5 (January 14-19)

Fifth week of my On the Job Training and I did a lot of recorded bank slip and scanned it after recording. The day after, as usual I recorded expenses of materials in different sites and then the monthly cash expenses. After I recorded the documents, I filed it. Archt. Yumi told me to deposit in BPI in my 5th week and so I did it.

Week 7 (January 28-February 2)

In my 7th week of On the Job Training, the task that I did are the ones in which the company assigned me to do. Those things are to record bank slip, to file documents, to P.O. of gas and to scan the bank slip. Maam Chami asked me to record monitoring monthly cash expenses of the company. They decided that those task will be my every day task for the rest of my On the Job Training in the company. I usually record site materials expenses and filling those.

Week 8 (February 4-9) and Week 9 (February 11-13)

In my 8th week, I also did recording of documents. Day 6-9 and my 9th week in my OJT we transferred in the upper part of the company to help decorating for the upcoming event for February 14 . That was the task that i did in my 8th and 9th week of OJT. Day 14 and 15 i wasn’t able to go on my ojt because that was the day of my retreat and pictorial.

Week 11 (February 25-March 2)

11th week and it was my last week of On the Job Training. I filed documents. And again recorded receipt of site materials, bankslip and P.O. of gas vehicles. And Ma’am Yumi asked me to arrange the receipt of site materials. I also xerox the copy of receipt of site materials and filed it by site and by supplier. For the past 400 hours of conducting my OJT I can say that I learned a lot of things specially the office work and I am very thankful to the people behind the success of my On the Job Training.
